Psychodrama is an experiential approach that uses action, role-play, and guided exploration to better understand emotions, relationships, experiences, and patterns.
Instead of only talking about an experience, psychodrama brings it into action. Action methods such as role reversal, doubling, mirroring, and sociometry allow people to explore situations from different perspectives.
Psychodrama and action methods are used by therapists, counselors, social workers, educators, coaches, groups, and individuals for professional practice, learning, self-exploration, and personal growth.
